2005 Presentation Evenings

The first of our two Presentation evenings was held at the Bamber Bridge Labour Club on 20th May for our under 7s to under 10s teams.  Over 150 people attended.  Every player received a trophy and there were four special awards for each team.  The evening included a supper, games for the players and a disco.

We had to say goodbye to our under 16s as this is their last season in junior football.  At least nine of the team have been together for 5 years or more, and the team played its last season in the Premier division. They have been a credit to the Club and we should also thank assistant Peter Dolphin and manager Ken Rutlidge who have run the team.  Ken also won the Club Achiever of the year award.

Under 14 Sportsmanship Award

Our under 14s team won the Central Lancs Junior Football League U14 Sportsmanship award this season and went to the Guildhall on the 27th May to receive their trophies. Well done to them! They are our only team this season to win league honours.
