Sponsored Walk

The club again held a sponsored walk this year to raise funds for kit for all our teams. The walk took place on Easter Monday, 28th March, and over 80 people (players, parents and friends) took part. Most of our teams were represented, from under 7's to under 15's. Everyone received a chocolate egg when they finished the walk.

It was a different route from the previous two years and there were a series of questions to answer on the way round. At least eight people got all the questions correct and they will be presented with a football at the end-of-season Presentation Evenings.

Sponsorship money should be handed to the treasurer or managers as soon as possible and we hope we can beat last year's total of £700. There will be two big prizes for the individual players who have raised the most money.
