2004 Sponsored Walk

The sponsored walk on Easter Saturday was a great success with over 70 parents and players taking part. The weather was fine and the 3 mile walk from Gregson Lane Park, via Brindle Lodge, Hoghton Lane, Coupe Green, Carver Brow, Bannister Hall and Higher Walton included some of the more rural parts of the area.

There were questions to answer on the way round and scores were very high. The five best will receive football prizes at the end-of-season Presentation Evenings. At the end of the walk everyone got a chocolate egg. So a big 'thank you' to all those who supported the event.
